Notifications are automated messages/replies that inform your customers when they have earned points. Enabling notifications is another way to tell your customers about your loyalty program and get them engaged.
Notifications consist of:
Trigger - The action that leads to an automated notification. For example, when a customer earn points from commenting on a Facebook post/live.
Communication channel - How the notification is sent to your customer.
In 1send dashboard, navigate to Loyalty > Notifications
Toggle the intended notification to enable or disable.
Customers are notified the first time they receive points for commenting on a Facebook post/live.
Each customer will only get triggered once.
Notification is sent as a Facebook comment replying to the customer.
