# Follow on IG

The `Follow on IG` earn action allows customers to earn points for following your Instagram account. The customer can only earn points this way one time.

## Customer

It's a 2 step process for the customer:

Customer must be following first in order to earn points

### DM #follow

When the customer messages **#follow** then 1send verifies their follower status and rewards them points.
