Overview
The 1send Loyalty program is made of two parts:
Earn actions that allow your customers to earn points
Redeem awards that allow your customers to exchange their points for awards
Unlike other loyalty programs, 1send is natively integrated with social platforms like Facebook and Instagram through messaging. There is no need for your customers to go to another site.
The following sections will go into detail on both parts.
Points Menu
Your customers DM you #points to access their points menu.
The automated response consists of:
Current point - Number of points the customer has
Available Earn Actions - Ways the customer can earn points
Available Redeem Awards - Awards the customer can redeem for points
Award Buttons - Button a customer can click to exchange points for awards
